The base layer of the cupcake is meant to be growth support that optimizes your current processes and prepares you for the next level.
Whether you need to establish new processes or improve current ones - there's a great chance I've already done that in the past and know the pitfalls and quick wins.
When you need to act fast in a quickly changing environment there is also the option of adding cupcake consulting Interim Management to your team.
If you have an internal candidate for a leadership role, coaching to lead is another option to support your growth, fast.
The frosting on the cupcake is building out and defining your corporate values, strengthening your leadership team and getting communication between teams to the highest level
Corporate values are often not properly defined, or if they are, they're easily forgotten and ignored, especially when your company grows. However, they're extremely relevant and need to be lived every single day. I can help you find, define and roll them out.
For you, your leadership team and even the whole company, understanding your personality and seeing it in context with others in a meaningful way is crucial for working together. By implementing the LUXXprofile coaching I can help you boost productivity and strengthen your leadership team.
And the last bit of frosting is my strong ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams (e.g. Sales and Development), which will lead to stronger products and higher sales.
The cherry on top: employee loyalty is what will differentiate your business from all the other ones out there.
The key to that loyalty and engagement is creating psychological safety on every level for every individual employee. We'll do this by creating an environment they can thrive and grow in.
I’ve observed many companies where corporate culture played a critical role—and others where it was less emphasized. The best organizations revisit their corporate values during pivotal moments, such as after acquisitions or periods of significant growth.
At one such company, I spearheaded a values refresh following a period of rapid growth. We began with a company-wide survey to assess how the existing values were understood and practiced.
Next, we brought together a group of key stakeholders for a two-day onsite workshop. In collaboration with another coach, we revised the company’s values, refining the language and adding clear, actionable descriptions to ensure alignment and understanding.
The updated values were introduced through a carefully planned roll-out, which included a communication strategy and a company-wide event. To ensure the changes took root, I established ongoing follow-ups and implemented value-acceptance metrics using regularly conducted surveys.
When engaging with employees about their current processes—whether in Sales, People Operations, Product Management, or IT—common themes emerge. Many share ideas of things “we should do” that never seem to get prioritized.
I specialize in identifying and implementing these impactful processes to drive productivity. Here are a few key achievements:
Streamlined SaaS procurement and negotiation, resulting in initial savings of over €500,000 and ongoing annual savings exceeding €200,000.
Introduced value-based selling methodologies, significantly reducing the sales cycle.
Supported ISO27001 certification by optimizing IT processes, leading to successful certification.
Transformed meeting management by incorporating effective breaks, restructuring the meeting culture, and eliminating unnecessary meetings for greater efficiency.
As part of a go-to-market strategy for a new target group, I developed a comprehensive Customer Journey profile. I began by defining the target market and conducting research interviews with various user types—including IT decision-makers, business decision-makers, and standard users.
I then mapped out how these users would interact with the company throughout their entire journey, from initial contact through contract renewal.
This customer journey analysis led to several organizational improvements, including the implementation of a customer ambassador program and refinements to quarterly business reviews.
The LUXXprofile is a personality profiling methodology designed to help individuals better understand themselves and others. It is widely used in personal coaching as well as in team development contexts.
I applied the LUXX methodology within various teams at a software company, addressing two main objectives:
Helping individuals gain insights into their own behaviors and interactions with others.
Strengthening team cohesion by identifying each member's strengths and exploring how these can contribute to team success.
Introducing this methodology to the C-level leadership team proved especially valuable. It highlighted the unique strengths of each member while uncovering blind spots—areas where team members tended to think similarly, making it difficult to empathize with different perspectives.
This approach not only enhanced internal communication but also streamlined decision-making processes, enabling the team to work together more effectively.
In addition, implementing LUXX helped strengthen employees' sense of belonging as it created an environment of trust and openness when people shared their profiles with others.
I've delivered numerous keynote presentations at events of various sizes, focusing on the impact of corporate culture and clearly defined values on organizational success. With trust being my personal core value, I emphasize the importance of establishing trust and fostering trust-based organizations in my talks.
Among others, I've spoken at the HR Summit, code.talks, TYPO3 International Meetup, and the Digitized Transformation Conference.
Beyond keynote speaking, I've been a guest on several podcasts, including Sales Excellence, Baby Got Business, Tobias Beck, and STBNHCKR, where I shared insights and experiences about the future of work, trust and corporate culture.
