A key methodology I have utilized throughout my career is LUXX personality profiling. LUXX is rooted in the latest research on motive-oriented personality insights, and it offers a powerful tool for understanding yourself and others.
The LUXX process begins with an individual online assessment, followed by a two-hour personalized evaluation of the results. For teams, LUXX integrates individual profiles into a comprehensive team matrix, highlighting similarities and differences among members.
The analysis focuses on work dynamics and communication styles, which we explore in a tailored workshop designed to meet your specific needs.
Back in 2013 I was searching for a methodology to help me understand myself and others better. There are dozens of frameworks out there, like DISC, MBTI, Enneagram - you name it.
All those methodologies have one thing in common: they put people into boxes.
Hey, this person is really blue, we should try to avoid...
Oh wow, that person is ISFJ - we can't put them into a leadership role
Type 2, the helper - this will be the goto person for all the tasks I don't like doing myself (fun fact: I am an Enneagram type 2)
The one methodology I could find that was different was LUXXprofile coaching. It is based on the most up-to-date results of motive-oriented personality research.
Motives like curiosity, structure or safety, are an expression of inner desires. They are distinct for each individual. And that is exactly the core of personality.
